We are proud to announce that our campaign “Gastronomic Odyssey: Discover the Flavors of Mediterranean Treasures,” created in collaboration with the agency New Moment New Ideas, has won the prestigious Disrupt Award in the Trade category, subcategory Communication. This recognition reaffirms our commitment to innovative approaches and creative communication with our customers.
The Disrupt Award was established by the marketing agency ADAM Studio in 2020. to recognize projects that push the boundaries of standard communication and introduce new rules of the game. At this year’s ceremony, held on April 1, 2025, our campaign was among the winners, thanks to its originality, boldness, and disruptive approach.
“Gastronomic Odyssey” is part of our traditional “Greek Month,” which we organize every June in our supermarkets. In 2024, we faced additional challenges – the import ban on key Greek products and the need to further motivate customers to visit our Novi Sad store, which is still new and in a unique location. Despite limited resources, we created a campaign that positioned Greek products not just as a seasonal summer souvenir but as part of everyday nutrition.
Our customers had the opportunity to experience something truly unique through various creative activations, such as a flash mob dance performance in Novi Sad, the spontaneous participation of Greek priests that went viral, the transformation of our stores into Mediterranean landscapes, inspirational influencer recipes, storytelling about product origins, and a social media contest. All these elements solidified our position as the number one destination for Greek food lovers in Serbia.
