  • What are the benefits of the Vero Club loyalty program?
    Vero club is a loyalty program created with the idea of rewarding loyal consumers. Members of the Vero club buy and thus collect points with which they can get a voucher of 200 or 500 dinars. Also, as a member of the Vero club, you can enjoy other benefits that are created especially for you.
  • Where can I get a card?
    Free membership is possible in two ways:
    1. In the market; By filling out a paper application form or using a mobile phone at the info desk.
    2. Online registration; via the website www.veroklub.rs or via the mobile application Super Vero.
  • Do I physically get the card when enrolling online?
    No, you do not receive a plastic card when you enroll online. Your online card is available on the application in your phone. During a purchase, you can scan the card from the phone, give the card number or phone number.
  • When does the card become active?
    You can use the card, collect points and use vouchers immediately after joining the club. By enrolling online, you can immediately use your phone number at the checkout to collect points. By joining in the shop, via the application form, it takes two weeks for the phone number to connect to the card and for you to be able to open an online account and use the Super Vero application.
  • I already have a card, how do I create an online account?
    You can activate your online account on the website www.veroklub.rs, by entering your phone number and card number. You can also install our application, where you will, after the installation, go to an existing user option, and enter the phone number and card number.
  • How do I collect points?
    When you buy in Super Vero, you collect points. 1 point = 100 dinars. Highlighted products bring a number of extra points. When shopping on weekends, you get an additional 150 points for every 3000 dinars spent. No points are awarded for the purchase of Jumbo products, newspapers and cigarettes.
  • How long are the collected points valid?
    Points are valid for 365 days and can be checked at the cash register or via online account.
  • How can I monitor the status of points?
    You can monitor the status of points, in real time, on the fiscal invoice that you receive with the account after the purchase. If you have an online account, it takes 24 hours from the last purchase for the new points to be displayed on the application or on your online account.
  • How do I encash the collected points?
    When you collect 200 points, you choose whether to take a voucher worth 200 dinars or continue to collect points and, when you collect 400 points, you get a voucher worth 500 dinars. Vouchers are received at the cash register, before the transaction is completed. They can be used in the next purchase. They cannot be exchanged for money.
  • During which period can I use the vouchers?
    You can realize vouchers issued until October by the end of the current year. You can realize vouchers issued after October until the end of next year.
  • Can I have more than one Vero club card?
    No, that's not possible. One phone number is exclusively linked to one Vero club card.
  • Do I need to know the card number in order to write out points when shopping?
    No, it is enough to dictate your mobile phone number under which you have registered and the points will be attributed to your profile.
  • If I have already taken a voucher based on points and if I have encashed the points, can I cancel it and return the points to the card?
    No.
  • What happens if I lose my card?
    You can report the loss of your card by calling 0800 112 111 free of charge, by sending an email to veroklub@supervero.rs or at the info desk in one of the Super Vero markets.
  • In case of losing the card, can I get a replacement card?
    No, that is not possible. You can continue to collect points via the card number or via the mobile phone number, which is linked to the card.
  • What should I do if I forget the password on my online account?
    If you forget the password, you can reset it by entering the phone number to which you will receive the pin code that you need to enter when entering the new password.
  • How do I update my contact information if any change occurs?
    A member of the Vero club should inform Super Vero as soon as possible if a change happens in his data, by sending an email to veroklub@supervero.rs. There are other ways to change your data: On your personal account on the website www.veroklub.rs, on the mobile application Super Vero or by calling 0800 112 111.
  • How can I revoke my consent to the processing of personal data?
    If a member of the Vero club wishes to revoke his consent to the processing of data, he may do it at any time. It should be borne in mind that the revocation of the consent to the processing of transactions makes it impossible to enjoy the benefits of the Vero club. Revocation of consent can be done by sending an email to veroklub@supervero.rs
  • If I no longer want to be a member, how can I check off from the Vero Club?
    If a member of the Vero Club wants to check off from the Vero Club, he can do it by sending an email to veroklub@supervero.rs or at the info desk in one of the Super Vero markets.
