Thai curry with chicken

Today, as a big fan of Asian food, Kosta brings you an aromatic recipe for Thai curry with chicken! All the ingredients for this simple recipe, which you can prepare yourself, are available in Super Vero markets. Ingredients:

  • Chicken meat (chopped into cubes)
  • Red curry paste (to taste, for lovers of spicy more!)
  • Coconut milk
  • Ginger (finely chopped)
  • Garlic (finely chopped)
  • Spring onion (white part only, finely chopped)
  • Aroy-D bamboo strips (canned)
  • Bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • Umami AJI-NO-MOTO (“Asian vegetables” for taste)
  • Cooking oil

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and the white part of the spring onion. Bake a little until they soften and release the aroma, then add the bamboo strips and bake everything together for a few minutes.
  2. Add the diced chicken and stir to cook evenly. Then add red curry paste to taste! Let it fry for a minute or two.
  3. Add paprika and “Asian vegeta”, then mix everything well together.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, reduce the heat and let it cook for about 15 minutes – everything will come together nicely, and the smell will delight you! It smells like Thailand.
  5. Serve warm with rice or noodles and enjoy!

Tips:

  • If you like it less spicy, start with less curry paste and add as needed.
