Shrimp chips

As a lover of Asian food, Kostas presents today a super simple recipe for shrimp chips – with only 2 ingredients and sauce of your choice, which you can get at Super Vero markets. You can find detailed instructions also at the link.

Ingredients:

 

  • Shrimp crackers BICH-CHI 200GR, Nihao
  • Neutral oil for frying (e.g. sunflower)
  • Sauce for serving (e.g. sweet and spicy sauce or soy sauce with lemon)

 

Preparation:

 

  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or pan
  • Drop the shrimp crackers into the hot oil – they will expand in seconds!

  • Give them some time to fry completely and become golden and crispy.
  • Remove them from the oil, drain on a paper towel and serve warm with your favorite sauce.
