FETA DABIZAS – THE REAL TASTE OF GREECE, STRAIGHT FROM THE ISLAND OF LIMNOS

EXCLUSIVELY IN SUPER VERO

In the north of the Aegean Sea, far from industrial plants and mass production, is the island of Limnos – a jewel of the Mediterranean known for its untouched nature, windy pastures and exceptional quality milk. There, on the land that Greek mythology associated with Hephaestus, the god of fire and craftsmanship, one of the most authentic feta cheeses that you can try is produced today.

Feta Dabizas is made exclusively from fresh sheep’s and goat’s milk, collected from small family farms from villages throughout Limnos. The milk arrives every morning, while it is still warm, and is processed according to a traditional recipe that has been passed down in the Dabiza family since 1946.

🐐 Why is this feta different?

Because it is not a compromise.

It is not a “feta-like cheese”.

It is not mass produced, far from the milk source.

It’s not just a white, salty piece.

This is the kind of feta that the Greeks make for themselves.

Real feta.

Matured in brine for two months, in special metal containers that preserve the taste and texture. Its salty, rich aroma and slightly creamy structure go well with salads, pies, roasted vegetables, pasta or simply – with bread and olive oil.

After ripening, each piece is packed by hand in Galatista, Halkidiki, with the highest quality control standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS), without haste and without shortcuts.

👨‍👩‍👧 Dabizas – a family with tradition

For almost eight decades, the Dabiza family has been exclusively engaged in the production of feta cheese. Their approach is simple: nothing changes that already works perfectly. And that is exactly why their feta is equally appreciated by the Greeks – who know exactly what the original is – as well as lovers of Mediterranean cuisine all over the world.
