Ingredients:
- fresh squid
- 100g of original feta cheese
- 100g of grated cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 hot pepper
- fresh parsley
- olive oil Iliada
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation step by step
- Clean the squid and prepare the filling: mix feta cheese, graviera, tomatoes, paprika, parsley and olive oil.
- Fill the squid with the stuffing and close with toothpicks. Place in an ovenproof bowl and brush with olive oil.
- Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for about 30-45 minutes, or until they get a strong golden color.
- It goes perfectly with Greek salad.
