“Yiaourti me meli” Greek dessert with yogurt and honey

This dessert is prepared easily and quickly, it can be consumed in the greatest heat because it is extremely refreshing. Try to prepare it, you need less than 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 1.5 dl of full-fat Greek yogurt
  • Honey
  • Walnuts, pistachios or other nuts
  • Raisins or other fruits


Put the cold yogurt in a bowl and whisk briefly (with a hand whisk or spoon) to become creamy. Chop the walnuts coarsely (you can use hazelnuts, pistachios or almonds instead). Spoon the yogurt on a plate or pour it into a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and pour over honey.
