Vegan burger


  • 400 grams of corn
  • Half a bunch of coriander
  • Half a teaspoon of ground pepper
  • A little ground cumin
  • Peel a lemon
  • Salt
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • 4 buns made of whole wheat flour

Mix the chickpeas, coriander and corn in a blender. After mixing, add lemon peel, flour and salt. Continue mixing in a blender until the ingredients are combined.
Sprinkle a little flour on the base for making burgers (a cutting board can also be used for this) and pour 1/4 of the mixture from the blender. Make a burger. Use the remaining mixture in the same way.
Place the burgers in the refrigerator for about half an hour to allow the ingredients to cool and harden.
Take them out of the fridge and fry them in heated oil until they get a golden-brown color.
Arrange lettuce and tomato cut into rings in buns, add a few coriander leaves.
