Tzatziki salad



  • 1 kg of 5% milk fat Greek yogurt
  • 400 g of fresh cucumbers
  • 30 g of garlic
  • 250 ml of olive oil
  • 50 ml pf vinegar
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • 30 g chopped anise

    Ingredients for 1.5 l of topping

         20 minutes                

       Leave it in the fridge



Wash the cucumbers and grate them unpeeled, add salt and leave them to release the excess water, then squeeze them well. Put cucumbers in a bowl and add chopped garlic and all other ingredients. Mix everything well and leave it in the fridge so that the flavors can unite before serving.
