Butter rolls

Soft and delicious, tastiest and very cheap butter rolls ready in half an hour!

An excellent suggestion for breakfast, dinner or in combination with appetizers, a super quick solution for guests.

Ingredients:

  • 500-550g of flour;
  • 150ml oil;
  • Half a cube of yeast;
  • One egg;
  • 250ml of milk;
  • Teaspoon of salt;
  • Teaspoon of sugar;
  • Sesame;

Crush half a cube of yeast in 250 ml of milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and let the yeast rise.

Pour 550g of flour (type 400), 150ml of oil, one whole egg, a teaspoon of salt into a bowl and then mix with yeast.

Make equal balls from the finished dough and make rolls from them. Grease a tray with margarine, line up the rolls and brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and grate over margarine or butter.

Bake at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the oven.
