Dried tomatoes in olive oil



  • A cup of white wine vinegar
  • A teaspoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of sugar
  • Thyme
  • A few grains of pepper
  • Peeled garlic cloves
  • Optional addidional spices


    2 persons portion

         20 minutes     



Heat vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl, then let it boil. Add the spices and pour over the garlic cloves, which you have densely arranged in a previously sterilized jar, while still hot. Close the jar tightly and store at room temperature for up to two months.
