It is enough to clean and dig out the cabbage heads. Pour vinegar into the cavity, then a tablespoon of salt and shake the head so that the ingredients are evenly distributed. Put the cabbage prepared in this way in a plastic bag, which you will then put in the freezer for 48 hours. When you take it out and thaw it, you will get sauerkraut.
