Roll with strawberries and plasma biscuits

Spring has finally arrived, and with it the flavors we’ve been craving all winter. We immediately think of strawberries, the very taste of fresh strawberries is an indispensable part of most of the cakes we enjoy making now.

We will show you how to prepare a roll with strawberries and plasma, and you stop by and buy strawberries from Greece that you can find on our shelves. 😊

Of course, you can use other fruits instead of strawberries, but how can you not try the cake, with one of the tastiest fruits at this time of the year.

Beat 200 ml of cold milk and 100 g of whipped cream with the taste of sour cream with a mixer. Add sour cream and powdered sugar. Mix until combined then add the plasma. Stir.

Spread 3/4 of the filling on the crust, then grate the chocolate coarsely on top and arrange the chopped strawberries. Roll up.

Pour 100 ml of cold milk and 50 g of whipped cream with the taste of sweet cream into a bowl. Beat with a mixer. Add the rest of the filling and stir to combine. Coat the roll and decorate.
