Spring has finally arrived, and with it the flavors we’ve been craving all winter. We immediately think of strawberries, the very taste of fresh strawberries is an indispensable part of most of the cakes we enjoy making now.
We will show you how to prepare a roll with strawberries and plasma, and you stop by and buy strawberries from Greece that you can find on our shelves. 😊
Of course, you can use other fruits instead of strawberries, but how can you not try the cake, with one of the tastiest fruits at this time of the year.
Components:
For the crust:
- 7 eggs
- 7 spoons of sugar
- 7 tablespoons of flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of warm water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
For Fill and Decoration:
- 200g sour cream 20% mm
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 200g of ground plasma
- 150g of sweet cream flavored sugar
- 300ml of milk
- 50g of cooking chocolate
- 300g of strawberries
Cake crust:
Mix the egg whites while gradually adding sugar, and then add the egg yolks one by one, constantly beating with a mixer. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the prepared eggs. At the end, add warm water and oil and mix with a blender. Line a 30x40cm baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 13-15 minutes at 200 °C. Remove the baked crust from the tray and roll it up together with the paper. Leave to cool.
Phil:
Beat 200 ml of cold milk and 100 g of whipped cream with the taste of sour cream with a mixer. Add sour cream and powdered sugar. Mix until combined then add the plasma. Stir.
Spread 3/4 of the filling on the crust, then grate the chocolate coarsely on top and arrange the chopped strawberries. Roll up.
Pour 100 ml of cold milk and 50 g of whipped cream with the taste of sweet cream into a bowl. Beat with a mixer. Add the rest of the filling and stir to combine. Coat the roll and decorate.
