A recipe for a delicious and nutritious lunch – meat and potatoes from the oven, with a little wine adds an enchanting taste to the meal that you will prepare more and more often!
Components:
- 2kg of pork leg;
- 5 to 1 kilograms of potatoes
- Garlic head;
- ¼ cup of water;
- 1/3 teaspoon of rosemary
- 4-5 spoons of oil;
- 2 teaspoons of salt;
- 3 tablespoons of red wine;
- Peper – to taste;
- 3 spoons of finely chop parsley
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
Transfer the meat to a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Then pour ¼ cup of water, arrange the unpeeled cloves of garlic around the meat and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 60 minutes, pouring sauce from time to time.
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut it in half (depending on the size of the potato). Turn the meat over and cover with a little hot water. Arrange the garlic cloves and potatoes around it.
Pour the wine into the bowl and place on the stove ove medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon to separate and thoroughly stir the roasting sauce that has stuck to the bottom.
The resulting aromatic sauce is poured over he meat and served sprinkled with parsley.
