Preparation:
Peel the potato and onoin and cut them into small cubes. Put oil in a deep frying pan, add potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Prepare on medium heat and turn the ingredients over with a ladle. If desired, add a spoonful of peeled tomato or some other tomato sauce.
Cut the sausages into rings, and when the potatoes are baked, put them in the pan and continue to simmer and turn. Add a little water to the pan, then continue to simmer for a few more minutes.
When the water evaporates and the potatoes soften – the dish is ready.
