Parfait of Greek yogurt and fruit

With an abundance of fresh fruit that spring brings, we present a refreshing recipe using the new Mandrekas Greek yogurt from Corinth. This recipe can be adapted to other flavors of this Greek yogurt as well. Available flavors include vanilla, pistachio, and caramel. It can be a great breakfast or a light dessert.

It is best to use tall glasses to beautifully showcase each layer. If you are preparing parfaits for multiple people, the following quantities will be needed.

Ingredients:

– 3 cups of Mandrekas Greek yogurt (classic or other flavor of your choice)
– 1 cup of fresh strawberries
– 1 cup of fresh blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, or other seasonal fruit of your choice
– 1 cup of granola

Preparation:

Place one-third of the Mandrekas Greek yogurt in each glass as the first layer. Mix the strawberries with fresh berries or other seasonal fruit. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until the glasses are filled to the top.

Serve the parfaits as soon as you prepare it to maintain the crispness of the granola.
