Lean soup with peas

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • A handful of peas
  • A handful of chopped carrots

 

    Serves 1

         20 minutes      

 

Preparation:

Cook the vegetables together, then mash them in a blender or chopper. Add a little water to the mashed mass, dilute, and then return to the water in which the vegetables were cooked. Add a little salt or Vegeta, let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, and your soup is ready.
