Lean meal – Spinach salad with corn and carrots

There is also a recipe for a very quick, light and delicious lean salad! 😊

It’s necessary:

  • 300g of spinach,
  • 200 grams of sweet corn,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 2 lemons,
  • ½ spoon of selenium,
  • Salt,
  • 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

Cleaned and washed young spinach, cut the petioles into smaller pieces. Shred the sweet corn briefly, and cut the carrots into thin and short strips. Mix these ingredients in a salad bowl, season with chopped selenium and cover with a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
