When we say lean meal, we don’t have to think only of vegetables and fish. There are tons of cute cake ideas that everyone would enjoy!
We present to you one of, if not the most delicious lean chocolate cake!
Ingredients for the crust:
- 400ml of water
- 18 spoons of soft flour
- 13 spoons of crystal sugar
- 3 spoons of jam, jam or marmalade of your choice
- 100 g of lean ground biscuit
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
Phil:
- 125 g of margarine
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- 100 g of ground or blended walnuts
- 200 g of ground biscuits
- 200 ml of orange juice
Frosting:
- 100 g of chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of oil
Preparation:
Turn on the oven to heat it to 180 degrees. Mix 13 spoons of sugar in warm water, add oil and jam and mix everything. Then add flour, cocoa, baking soda and biscuits (you can also add walnuts) and mix everything together. Place baking paper in a 30 x 20 cm baking tray and pour the mixture. Bake the crust for 13 minutes. Cool the baked crust.
Beat softened margarine with powdered sugar until foamy, then add ground biscuits and beat with a mixer. The mass will be thick and dry, but don’t worry, juice is added. Then add grated or blended chocolate and blended or ground walnuts. Blend everything together and you will get smaller and larger pieces of walnuts and chocolate. You can mix again with a mixer at low speed. Then slowly pour the juice and beat until you get a mass that can be spread on the crust. Apply it on the crust and smooth it out. Melt the chocolate with oil for the glaze and pour it over the cake, shake the tray left and right so that the glaze “lays down” nicely. Leave the chocolate to set.
Try it and let us know how it tastes!
Pleasant. 🙂
