Lamb liver in red wine sauce


  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 150 g of lamb liver
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 25 g of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of red wine
  • rosemary
  • half a head of onion
  • salt, pepper



Rinse and chop the liver into the desired pieces. Then put two tablespoons of olive oil, 25 grams of butter, half an onion, salt and pepper to taste in the pan. When the onion is fried, add wine, rosemary and liver. When everything is cooked well – your meal is ready.
Serve with:
You can serve the lamb liver in red wine sauce with mashed potatoes. Equally good side dish with this meal can be white as well as integral rice.
