Greek dessert with yogurt and honey


  • 1.5 dl of full-fat Greek yogurt
  • Honey
  • Walnuts, pistachios or other nuts
  • Raisins or other fruits

    Serves one person

         20 minuta                 

       Great refreshment for summer days



Put the cold yogurt in a bowl and whisk briefly (with a hand whisk or spoon) to become creamy. Chop the walnuts coarsely (you can use hazelnuts, pistachios or almonds instead). Spoon the yogurt on a plate or pour it into a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and pour over honey.
