Ginger, honey and lemon do wonders for your immunity!

We won’t tell you what this tea is good for, we believe you know that it would be a long list 😊. We just want to motivate you to spare 5 minutes and treat and refresh your body and organism with this miraculous drink. Although it has ginger in it, the tea has a very nice and spicy taste. It is certainly worth the attention and time invested, primarily because of the long-term and positive effects on our health, especially in times of viruses and colds.

Ingredients:

  • Half lemon juice
  • 200ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 10 grams of ginger (preferably grated fresh, but can also be powdered)

Instructions:

Bring the water to a boil. Place the cleaned and grated ginger in a tea cup and pour boiling water over it. Let it stand for 5 minutes and only then add the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey, so as not to destroy their medicinal ingredients.

Mix and drink in peace 😊.
