Easy 3-ingredient lemon mousse

Lemon lovers, listen up! If you’re looking for an incredibly easy, incredibly tasty lemon dessert, this recipe is for you. And with just three simple ingredients, this Easy Lemon Mousse recipe truly couldn’t be any easier.


  • 1 c. whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. lemon curd {homemade lemon curd or store bought}



Chill a large mixing bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer (or whisk attachment of a stand mixer) in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the refrigerator and pour the whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Beat on high speed for one minute. Add sugar and continue to beat on high speed until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in lemon curd, 1/3 cup at a time, until well blended.

Spoon into individual serving dishes.

If desired, top each serving with raspberries and a shortbread cookie.

For extra lemon punch, drop a small dollop of lemon curd on top, too.
