Carp stuffed with walnuts


  • Carp from 1.5 to 2 kg
  • A cup of chopped walnuts
  • 2 onions
  • Oil
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt, pepper


    Serves 4

       Carp prepared like this goes great with white wine



Add salt and pepper to the outside and inside of the fish, cut a little on both sides and let it stand for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the onions in oil, add salt, paprika powder and grounded walnuts.

Fill the fish with this and attach its belly with toothpicks.

Coat it with oil and paprika powder and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, pouring a little warm water over it during the baking.
