Boyourdi

  • 100 g of feta cheese
  • 100g of gouda cheese
  • 100 g Olympos goat cheese
  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Red paper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Smaller hot pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of oregano
  • Half a teaspoon of parsley

Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers and cheeses into slices at the very beginning. Grease a small earthen or refractory dish with olive oil, then arrange the tomato on its bottom, and then feta cheese, hot peppers, gouda cheese, paprika and goat cheese. Season with a little parsley, oregano and finely chopped garlic, then bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees. We recommend that you enjoy the unique taste of warm boyourdi with some of the Monoxilitis wines from Mount Athos, which can only be purchased at Super Vero.
