Banana pancakes



  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying

    Serves 4

         20 minutes

      Without flour the pancakes are quite fragile, so take care when flipping them


Pill the bananas and chop them. Pour bananas in a blender and add 2 whole eggs, then blend it until you get a smooth batter.
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Put the small amount of batter into the pan, you want pancakes about 7cm in diameter. Fry it for one minute, until bubbles appear on the surface of batter and then flip it and fry for another 40 seconds.  You can serve it with fruit yogurt or with the favorite flavor of the jam.
