Banana Oatmeal Muffins

They say that during the holidays we often eat more than we should, without worrying about the kilos. That’s why we present you a recipe for a healthy and quick meal – Oatmeal Muffins.

It’s a great idea for breakfast, especially if you’re at work and you’re full of fast and unhealthy food. It’s also great for dinner when you have little time to prepare.

It’s necessary:

  • 2 bananas;
  • ½ cup of oatmeal;
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar;
  • ½ spoon of ground cinnamon;
  • ½ cup of milk;
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 1 spoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation has never been easier.

Combine all dry ingredients in a wide bowl. Mix milk and egg, mix with mashed bananas and finally combine everything. Distribute the mixture in silicone or paper baskets, if you use paper ones, put them in a tepee first.

Muffins should be baked at 190°C for about 30 minutes, depending on the oven. They are ready when they get a golden color.
