Baked salmon with tomato


  • 4 salmons of 170 grams each
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 8 sprigs of thyme
  • 4 cloves of chopped onion


    Serves 4


Preheat the oven. Put the salmon and tomato in a fireproof dish.
Sprinkle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the salmon with paprika powder and top with thyme and garlic.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
