Baby carrots in the oven
- a few baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- a small part of fresh ginger
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
- parsley leaf
- a table spoon of lemon juice
Wash the baby carrots and cut off the stalks so that only the short parts remain. They will help you turn the carrots during baking.
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade by pressing hard to mash the ginger and parsley leaf as much as possible.
Coat the carrots with the marinade.
Leave for at least half an hour, then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
During baking, turn the carrots over and coat them with the marinade once more.
